A space to reflect,
without reducing your cultural identity.
Reflection Room is a team of Thai-speaking therapists offering online counselling in Thai and English for individuals navigating life between cultures. Whether you are Thai, Asian, or an immigrant living far from home, we understand the weight of distance, identity, family, and belonging.
We understand what it means to live between worlds.
Being Asian in the West, or living far from the country that shaped you, carries a unique kind of complexity. There is the visible challenge of adapting to a new culture, and the quieter one: the pressure to hold everything together, the difficulty of explaining your inner world to someone who does not share your cultural context.
Reflection Room was created by three Thai-speaking therapists who have lived this experience ourselves. We offer culturally sensitive online therapy for Thai and Asian individuals, and for anyone navigating life between cultures. We believe that meaningful therapy begins with feeling genuinely understood, not just listened to, but truly seen.
The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.
— Carl Rogers

What brings people to our Thai online counselling service
People come to us with all kinds of struggles. Some are dealing with anxiety or depression that has built quietly over years. Others are working through trauma, grief, or the particular exhaustion of life as an immigrant and cultural adjustment. Many are beginning to notice patterns in relationships or past experiences that they want to understand. You do not need to be in crisis to reach out.
